Training Programs
Capacity Building
Project-based capacity building led by active consultants working on real energy and infrastructure projects. Structured around four distinct target groups with tailored courses, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Short Courses & Workshops
Focused, intensive training sessions on specific topics within renewable energy, project management, and infrastructure development.
Postgraduate Program
Advanced academic program planned for a later phase, developed in partnership with accredited universities and technical institutes.
What We Aim To Achieve
Train and certify over 300 energy professionals by 2030
Enable at least 300 MW of solar projects to benefit from trained alumni
Expand into 3+ national markets within 2 years
Support at least 5 energy-sector reform or development programs
Establish formal partnerships with at least 3 universities and 2 technical institutes
Position the Academy as a leading training platform in the renewable energy sector
